7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

   2. The Website Administration shall bear no liability for the loss or disclosure of the Confi-dential Information, which:
      • Has become publicly available before its loss or disclosure.
      • Has been received from a third party prior to being provided to the Website Ad-ministration.
      • Has been disclosed with the User’s consent.
8. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE
   1. In case any dispute arises between the Website User and the Website Administration, before applying to the court, the claimant shall lodge a letter of claim (a written proposal of voluntary settlement).
   2. The Party that received the letter of claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the re-sults of its consideration within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant claim.
   3. In case the Parties fail to reach an agreement, they shall refer the dispute to the court in accordance with the current laws of the Russian Federation.
   4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship arising between the User and the Website Ad-ministration shall be governed by the current laws of the Russian Federation.
9. MISCHELLANEOUS
   1. The Website Administration shall be entitled to amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
   2. The revised Privacy Policy shall enter into force from the moment of its publication at http://multifracht.ru/ and http://multifracht.com/, unless otherwise provided for by the revised Privacy Policy.
